Though not officially heritage-listed, home is recognized locally as an “Early Suburban Bungalow” in the “Fourth Civic Phase Architectural Style”. This kitchen re-design preserved original design characteristics: horizontal emphasis, multi-sash and picture windows, asymmetrical facade, and narrow window and door surrounds.

The Maverick
The Maverick was designed to be an entertainer’s paradise, featuring grand spaces adorned with custom stonework, unique fixtures and cool finishing. This lakefront property invites the outside in and is an exquisite space to enjoy the Okanagan lifestyle. The original home had a dated 90’s design. We redesigned it preserving as much of the original character and materials as possible while making all relevant updates to meet the intention of design.

Edgy Modern
This home was designed with the families love of adventure in mind. Incredible features include a custom-designed functional rock climbing wall, old-world inspired wine cellar, bike repair room and family room nook that retreats to a private third floor deck and hot tub. Geometrical patterns, commissioned artwork, unique lighting fixtures and wood features all add to the depth of design in this home. Truly a one-of-a-kind custom residence!

The Madison
The Madison is a well-appreciated apartment building located downtown Kelowna, BC. Known for its luxurious take on Okanagan living, great lake views, and grandiose curb appeal.
After a year of creative and challenging work, this 2200 sq ft condo was transformed into the perfect west coast oasis tucked up in the heart of downtown Kelowna. The use of custom stained rift white oak, panel-ready appliances, and herringbone plank flooring set the tone for a design reminiscent of southern California.

Boynton Place
This was a big challenge – not only was it a large home, it was my home. There is always more pressure and indecision when designing for yourself. You know too much! I have to say that the finished product really met my expectations. I love the staggered plan – open but not too open – and the warmth of the wood balanced with the contemporary style. This was where the ‘Intention of Design’ was born. Each space was really well thought out to last over a multiple of different life stages. A wonderful result.

Wilden Farmhouse
This newly built home in the Wilden area was inspired by the backsplash, after the homeowner fell in love, at first sight. Not afraid to use color, we added a beautiful blue island and kept with a farmhouse theme for the rest of the space by using pops of black with the handles, knobs, and farmhouse sink. This family friendly kitchen finished out to be a warm, engaging and welcoming space.
